Daily credits are not guaranteed. Markets move. Returns can be variable. A day can pay less, skip, or pay nothing. Past days do not promise the next day. You can lose the $100.

You do not own the book the company uses. You are not a shareholder. The claim for remaining principal and sitting cash is unsecured. It is not a bank deposit. It is not insured.

Reinvest does not lock a return. If you mark reinvest, a credit that does land goes back into still in, and the next credit is figured on that new number — if a credit lands. Leaving funds in does the same: year two uses the same terms only if the unit is still open. Keeping money in does not make 100% or $0.27 owed on a clock.
